We would like to invite you to Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail- Pantaloons for Winter Internship.
This internship will provide an experience of working in a thriving, fast paced retail organization and with a group of highly skilled professionals in the field. We seek an intern who will provide Retail operations and customer service support.
The internship program is intended to be educational and inspirational. At the end of the program interns should have a significant list of accomplishments to add to their resume and an internship certificate. They would also have a broad understanding of all aspects of Apparel Retail operations.
Throughout the Six week program, interns will work side by side with their managers on real and live projects and provide support in day to day operational activities.
Duration – Dec 2018– Jan 2019

Real & Live projects opportunities on undergoing projects such as:
· Effectiveness of Marketing offers and promotions in Pantaloons
· Operations experience – receiving stock, inventory keeping, cash handling etc.
· Customer Loyalty Program in Pantaloons
· Customer Perception about Pantaloons
· Merchandizing and customer retention
· Detailed Study on Seasons in Retail – EOSS, Spring, Summer, Festive and Winter.
· Competition & Catchment Analysis
· Customer Profiling and Purchase Parameters
· Study on warehouse and inventory management in Pantaloons
