The Graduate Trainee Campus Hiring Process:
a) Eligibility criteria: Students meeting the eligibility criteria of 55% score throughout can only apply for the jobs. Each colleges should instruct their students to provide marks in % (instructor may guide students accordingly). Age limit as on April 2019 should be 22 years or younger.
b) Pre-Campus Testing will be done to shortlist on aptitude and psychometric test Online or at campus premises.
c) Group discussion and personal interview round will be conducted at campus as a part of selection process. Interview will be taken by both hiring managers and HR managers.
d) The final set of selected students will be shared with respective institutes
e) CFL will release offer of employment post verification of CIBIL check and KYC verification including Aadhar KYC.
