Pre-requisite

Graduates/ Three year Diploma Holder

Basic computer knowledge in Hardware, , Finance and Accounting knowledge

Aptitude for troubleshooting Desktops/ Laptops

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Open to work in Rotational shifts

Work Location

Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Cochin/ Pune/ Mumbai (Malad, Airoli)

Salary

Up to 2.50 L (Fresher’s) – Package differs based on the individual’s skill set

Interview process

Request the students to join the WebEx meeting on 18 Feb 2021 by 2Pm.

Location: Will be a shared the day before the campus drive

Presentation

A presentation on Sutherland – 40 to 45 mins in WebEX

Non-voice Screening

Online assessment – Laptop/Desktop is mandatory

Initial Screening

JAM Session/ one on one conversation in Breakout session of 20 – 25 students – approx 45 mins per batch

Communication Assessment and HR Interview

Candidates clearing communication round – 7 to 10 mins per candidate
