Exciting Opportunity for Students: Event Judging at CultFit with Attractive Pay!

We are excited to share an excellent opportunity for your students to gain valuable hands-on experience while being a part of an upcoming CultFit event in Mumbai on 1st and 2nd March 2025!We are currently looking for student interns to join as event judges for fitness challenges, and we’d love to have your students participate. Here are the key details of the opportunity:

Role: Event Judge for CultFit Fitness Challenge

Duration: Each shift will be for 6 hours.
Compensation: ₹800 per 6-hour shift.
Location: Mumbai ( Andheri, Lokhandwala, Mulund, Goregaon, Bandra, Prabhadevi, Hiranandani gardens, Chembur)

Expectations from Judges:

• Training: All judges will undergo a 2-3 hour training session where they will be introduced to the basics of fitness and how to judge fitness challenges effectively.
• Shift Details: Judges will evaluate participants for 6 hours during their shift. Effective judging time will be 40 minutes per hour.
• Responsibilities:
  • Observe and record participant scores.
  • Identify any discrepancies in workout execution and highlight them as per the training received.
  • Provide fair and accurate assessments in alignment with event standards.
  • A detailed briefing and training will ensure everyone is prepared.
