Requirements:

·       Qualification: BMS/MMS/BMM (HSC – Science preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Manages product planning, marketing, and managing throughout product life cycle
·       Define the product strategy and roadmap
·       Be an expert with respect to the competition
·       Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
·       Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
·       Flyer, Catalogues & website banner designing
·       Handling of official LinkedIn profile and other social media accounts by coordinating with third-party vendor

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining customer database: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of our customer database by regularly updating customer information, interactions, and transactions.
  • Managing order updates and statuses: Monitor and track the progress of customer orders, ensuring timely updates on order status, shipping details, and delivery schedules.
  • Giving quotations: Prepare and provide accurate and competitive quotations to customers based on their requirements and pricing guidelines.
  • Following up and getting orders: Proactively follow up with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and secure orders for our products.
  • Sound knowledge of chemicals: Possess a comprehensive understanding of various chemicals, including their properties, applications, and industry trends, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.

  • Chemical sourcing: Collaborate with the Sourcing Executive and procurement team to source and procure chemicals from suppliers based on customer requirements. Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of chemicals to meet customer demands.
  • Quick responses to customer queries: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, addressing their queries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and order status. Maintain a high level of responsiveness to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cold calling to channel partners and customers: Proactively reach out to potential channel partners and customers through cold calling to generate leads, promote products, and establish business partnerships. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to encourage sales and expand the customer base.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry (BSc/MSc Chemistry) or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement of chemicals or related products.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills to obtain favorable pricing and terms from suppliers.
  • Proficient knowledge of various chemicals, including their properties and applications.
  • Familiarity with market trends, pricing structures, and supplier dynamics in the chemical industry.
  • Organizational skills to maintain accurate and well-organized supplier databases and records.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with purchasing systems or ERP software for error-free purchase entries and inventory tracking.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Understand product requirements: Collaborate closely with the production, CRM & research teams to comprehensively understand the specific chemical requirements for our products.
  • Sound knowledge of chemicals: Possess an extensive understanding of various chemicals, including their properties, applications, and market availability.
  • Floating enquiries to various suppliers: Identify potential suppliers and initiate requests for quotations (RFQs) to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
  • Maintain supplier database: Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers, including contact information, pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards.
  • Appoint new vendors: Evaluate potential vendors based on capabilities, reliability, and pricing. Forge partnerships with new vendors to ensure a diverse and dependable supply chain.
  • Optimize raw material prices: Utilize negotiation skills to obtain the best possible raw material prices without compromising quality.
  • Develop international vendors: Identify and cultivate relationships with international vendors to diversify the supply chain and explore cost-effective sourcing options.
  • Coordinate with vendors: Maintain regular communication with suppliers to address issues, track order status, and resolve any supply chain disruptions or quality concerns.
  • Ensure raw material availability: Proactively monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of raw materials, preventing any production delays.
  • Make error-free purchase entries in the system: Accurately enter all purchase-related information, including supplier details, quantities, prices, and delivery dates, into the purchasing system or ERP software.
  • Track stock in the system: Monitor and update the inventory records in the system to reflect the current stock levels accurately. Regularly reconcile physical stock with system records to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
